Brindlebeast is a contemporary musical in two acts that braids together three strands: a story about confronting personal beasts, a love story, and a story that chronicles the creative process itself. Brindlebeast blends spoken language and song with dance, mime and American Sign Language, as well as the original art from an existing picturebook Beware the Brindlebeast. The theme is universal: everyone has a personal

beast, and the way a person confronts that beast defines the quality of his life.
