At the end of April, I posted a blog about changing the title of my musical from Brindlebeast to Champion. It seemed like a good idea because Champion is the last name of the title character, it’s also a common noun and a verb, and all three uses of the word are relevant to the plot. All good, right?

Sure. That is until I heard the sucking sound of the baby swirling down the drain with the bath water!

So, just like “Will Champion,” I turned to making visual images to help me clarify my themes and I used some of those images in creating the display text and images in the new poster that is displayed on the home page.

The title is an all important piece in defining and marketing a musical, so it’s  possible that the title will change again. For now, though, I’m sticking with Brindlebeast--and with the new poster image.
